The friendly staff and their excellent English-speaking skills made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The complimentary snacks and delicious breakfast added to the pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenient pick-up service to Matsumoto station made exploring the city hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional accommodations and attentive service.

Staying at this charming accommodation was a delight. the rooms were incredibly spacious, cozy, and well, decorated. the bathroom was also spotless and well, equipped with amenities. We had a great selection of snacks, tea, and coffee to choose from. the host was extremely friendly and made sure to attend to all our needs, offering us delicious breakfast every morning. Plus, we could enjoy fresh coffee and juice at the on, site café. the location was nice, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

That it was a bit challenging to get to the city centre without a car.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a great vibe. the bathroom was big and had excellent facilities. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff was uninviting and unfriendly. When we needed assistance, they were not helpful and seemed unwilling to accommodate our requests.

Clean and cozy hotel with spacious rooms. Great location with many restaurants within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and fluent in English. Free parking available.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was new, clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was one of the best in Japan. The owner was very friendly and helpful, assisting with dinner recommendations and car rental.
